Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order anytime before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Nutihez Herbal reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or violation of terms without prior notice.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic consumable products, we follow a strict No Return / No Exchange Policy.

Returns are only accepted in case of:

• Damaged product
• Empty package
• Wrong or missing item

Required Proof:

• Unboxing video (mandatory)
• Product images
• Order ID / Invoice

Report within 48 hours of delivery.
